In 2005, I had double strokes which left me unable to walk, memory loss,or to feed myself. My youngester daughter always took care of me. During that time I lived by myself in my home. My only son volunteered to stay with me in my home and take care of me. He lied to me in Dec. '06 and made me sign over the title of my home. He no longer wanted to take care of me so he told my oldest daughter to take me for the weekend while he changed the locks to my home. My oldest daughter then took me to my grandaughter's home and left me there. Now I am living with my youngest daughter and want my home back. I was in no mental condition to know what was going on, I trusted my only son.

My neighbor is building a porch onto his house, of which his house is already close to the property line, and having the additional balcony he will be close to the fence. He said he'll have someone to come look at it so it is 'up to code' (he is aware it has to be so far away from the property line/fence). Is there any way we can get ahold of the inspection results? Or can we petition to have him stop building the porch? He will be so close to (and a good amount above) the fence, that they will see more of our yard than his own.

My landlord entered us into a lease with the knowledge that the home was INFESTED with termites. The neighbor pointed them out and told us he informed her before our occupancy. We immediately verbally requested she send a professional not only to inspect the safety of the homes structure, but to treat the problem. She ignored our request. We then turned in a written request and she immediately sent someone unannounced to spray for them. We still want an inspection. The damn things are dropping through our ceiling and our porch literally is falling apart. What can we do now?
