If I was convicted of a misdemeanor for petty theft as a juvenile how do I get the record expunged? I am a straight A student with a dream of becoming a doctor and I don’t want my stupid decisions as a teenager to affect my future. Is it possible to destroy the record completely to the point where I don’t need to mention it to future employers?

I have had someone living with me for the past 3 years as somewhat of a caregiver. I have lupus and Fybromyalgia and there are days when I can not function. I never know when something will happen. I live in an apartment andhave for 6 years. All the other managers knew that someone was with me and why and it was okay. Now we have a new management company who said that he has to fill out a credit report and since he is not working, they said that he has to let them know who is buying the soap, toilet tissue, toothpaste, etc. Since he does not have a job, he does get food stamps. Now, my question is..is it legal for them to ask him who pays for what. I don't think they can ask him that because that has nothing to do with adding him to the lease.

I have lived in my home for 21yrs. My ex has the loan and I am on the deed (title). We seperated and he moved out about 8 years ago. In 2016 he filed a breech of contract claiming I didnt put in my share, wants a quiet title and wants me out. He was granted a default judgement against me. I filed a motion to vacate judgement and was denied with the final judge stating I had to metorious agrument and was not credible although 3 judges before that one disagree and have denied all his motions. I am filing an appeal. Would I be the plaintiff or the defendant? I need legal aid, who can help me?

My niece used her grandfather's SSN and DOB and baby's SSN and DOB to obtain loans from a payday loan place online. She did not repay the loans and they went to collections. The collection agency called her grandfather to collect. In order for the debt to be deleted from her grandfather, he had to file a police report. What is the possibility of my niece being charged with identity theft and or fraud? What would the possible sentence be?
