My daughter works and goes to school to support her family, husband and two children. Her husband (he lost his job) agreed to stay home with the kids while She finishes school (7 more months). Now he says he can get sole custody if they separate because he has been the primary care giver for the last year. Is this true?

Was told by my interviewer that I must present all of my family's birth certificates so that DES may "stamp" them. She said this was a law as of April 2006, however, the first time I applied, they did not say this, nor did they "stamp" our birth certificates. I'd like to know where I can find this law, and will I be turned down for food stamps and AHCCCS if I don't let DES stamp our birth certificates?

I let my grandaughter live at my condo.She is to pay the rent there and after 4 months she still hasnt. I didnt make she sign a lease and now she will not move out. How do i get her out?

My ex and I have 50/50 custody. She frequently fails to pick up the children for her custody periods. Recently she dropped them off at school and told the school that I would be picking them up (again, her custody period). Obviously, I don’t mind having the children, but it is hard to manage impromptu scheduling changes in addition to the fact that I pay child support. What can I do?

I now live in Arizona I had full guardianship of my grandson in Michigan, We moved here with his mother,she now has moved out, been her for 8 months, how do I go about getting legal guardianship here, The mother is a drug addict ,supposedly not using,but do believe she does,without it showing, she wants guardianship back.
