I am going through a child paternity, custody, visitation, and child support case. I left arizona due to a domestic violence situation with my daughters father. I am in need of legal help and have tried yuma community legal services. He has paid for a really good lawyer which I have no money to afford one at all. He keeps doing things that I had no clue you could do and am terrified of losing my daughter to him because of this. He is not interested in the child for the right reasons. And the child would be in danger in his care. I am completly broke, any thing i can do to get legal help?

My ex-girlfriend that lives in Colorado is claiming that I am the father of her 4yr old and asking for money. If he is mine want to give her money for the child but I also want to be able to see him. He was born in Texas and my name is not on the birth certificate. Can I file for a paternity test here in Arizona where I live? Or do I have to file for one in Colorado where the baby and mother live? Or do I have to file for the paternity test in Texas where the child was born?

I am retired military and was retired medically in 2013. I was active duty 91-94 and national guard time the remainder of the time. I was injured in combat in 2007 and later received an active medical retirement. I do receive some of my compensation from va with the remainder coming from DOD. My spouse who i married in 1999 is wanting my military retirement but it seems im the one with medical issues for life and just doesnt seem to be right. I havent found anything specific to medical retirements and am looking for guidance. Thank you

Now my former employer is using these without merit complaints against me to block my eligibility for UC. Also the day of discharge i was in such shock that I signed the termination paper and it was not explained to me to also write in my side of said incident. Now that also is being used against me as evidence. any hope 4m
