  • Can a durable power of attorney be revoked from a elder with dementia without a doctors assessment
  • Do my husband & I need to notify the parents of my husband's grandson, whom we've raised since 2003, that we wish to adopt him if the parents rights were temporarily terminated in 2000 and never restored? Mom's out of state & agreeable, dad is in prison where he's been most of the child's life.
  • I was very ill last year and let my Aunt and grandmother take my children to Idaho. While my children were there they filed a motion of abuse with the state of Idaho and I may possibly lose my girls. I have been serve with quite a bit of paperwork from the courts and don't knowhow to fill it out. I only make $7 an hour and don't have the money to get an attorney.   • I am currently looking for a home to rent and have a profile on a housing site. I recently inquired about a rental home. The homeowner contacted me and asked me a series of questions. She then text me how I afford rent and utilities on Long Term Disability and also stated she is worried that my boyfriend who would be on the lease works out of town. My question is are they allowed to profile you like that. Clearly I wouldn't inquire in the home if we could not afford it. She asked if I was aware of the rental price and I expressed we pay more now where we live. She set a showing and now ignores my call
  • My recently filed a bar complaint against his public defender because he will not answer his calls, visit him in jail, read his police report, obtain any evidence, listen to his side of the story, speak respectfully to him etc. He is so worried that he is not going to get a fair trial because he doesn't have adequate representation.I can not help him, he needs somebody who will listen to him before trying to force him into accepting a plea. What can he do? He is in 4th ave Jail and has been for 6 months. He is claiming self defense on assault charges.

It also stated what paid by tenant and proof need for move in such as electric acct number. We both signed it and it required two cashier checks and listed the amount. Nothing changed. once move in they audit and found out they calculated the prorated days wrong. Now they want more money. I budgeted using their form
