  • i own my mobile & rent the space.i have owned the mobile for 7yrs & have rented the space for the same. i have 2 roommates the 2nd one moved in about 2months ago.the landlord is now trying to charge me an addtl $100 a month on top of my lot rent/water/garbage. the rental agreement didn't have a rule stating that there is a $100 fee for any addtl occupants. the landlord was aware of the new roommate & didn't ask/require me to add her to my rental agreement. i wasn't given a copy of my rental agreement until 05-12-15 when i asked for one.
  • Signed a contract with vacation club & they breached it in my opinion.I wanted $ back right away but have gotten runaround.I have been trying to end it since the first week, & now it's 2 1/2 months & no luck. I have documented everything; do I have any rights in this scam?
  • I moved out my rental unit about three weeks ago. Two other people applied for the apt however plans fell through and only I ended up moving in.I paid for the deposit, and made all monthly payments. I received my check for move out refunds for amount of less than 200, but I’m unable to deposit or cash it since it’s made out to all three parties who applied initially. I contacted the office twice and emailed numerous times with no response back. All three people Who applied are Included in lease but did not sign or ever lived in the unit. Landlord will not return callWhat can I do, need advise.
  • I am pregnant and will be requesting soon FMLA rights. I wonder if the federal holidays are paid &/or counted in the 12 weeks of FMLA?
  • I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?
  • The law provides that if my landlord does not return my deposit less deductions within 14 working days they are liable for damages of twice the amount of the deposit. Does that prevent the landlord from having any deductions at all?
  • How do I go about getting a copy of my modified parenting plan? Am I required to view the minute entries and request a court transcript?
  • What if a parent says his employer has deducted the support, but it has not been received for some time and is in arrears?
  • my husband is in prision for domestic violence agg/assault on me. in his divorce papers he is wanting his 6 yoa son to have maditory visit every other weekend . I do not feel this is reasonable and should not be his choice. Is there a law pertaing to this.
