I have just found out that a judgement was found against me back in 2008. It is from a credit collection company. I never recieved a notice of this Judgement and I would not have know about this jugement as it has never appeared on my credit reports. This judgement lists both myslef and my husband. I never had a credit card with my husband in this state. I would have never knoiwn about this if I was not selling my poperty. He is not listed on the deed,so can the proceeds pay for the judgement. We where never notified of the judgement under the Rules of Civil procedure # 55.

Does the following remedy mean that you are required to terminate lease and move out within five days if safety hasn't been restored?: "If there is a noncompliance by the landlord with section 33-1324 materially affecting health and safety, the tenant may deliver a written notice to the landlord specifying the acts and omissions constituting the breach and that the rental agreement will terminate upon a date not less than five days after receipt of the notice if the breach is not remedied in five days." Is there any other remedy? Can you withhold rent? Can you get alternate housing? Thanks.

My spouse and I separated in 2015, and shortly thereafter he moved to CA, but without any job, address, or income of any kind. Everyone in his life seems to have lost track of him, as he has a pervasive drug abuse and addiction history, no address or consistent place of residence. How do I manage to serve him with a petition for divorce??? I have waited 4 years, trying to locate him, but as I am now looking to remarry, is there any other way to move forward with a divorce?

I started renting out a room in 9/2018. I received rent until middle of October and have been waiting for payments until then. In March I received $ 250 out of $ 450. I already served this tenant with a 5 day non pay but could not follow up with the eviction notice because I got sick. I am mostly wheelchair bound on top of that. Now this tenant has moved several pieces of furniture into the garage without my permission, blocking access to parts of the garage. What can I do and what can I do with those furniture? Please, I just want my peace back. I need help.
