Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I have 2 siblings and a step sibling who are sole beneficiaries of a trust. My step dad passed almost a year ago. We have heard nothing about the status of the trust. All of his personal property has been sold and presumably those funds have been added to the trust. None of us are contesting the distribution of funds. How long should it generally take for us to hear when we may receive our inheritance and how can I follow up on the courts progress? Kindly, Sharon D.

What's the legal way to evict my ex-husband out of my apartment? I am the only one on the lease and he is an "approved tenant". I only allowed that 2 months ago because I moved to California and still had 6 months left on my lease and at the time he was working and was suppose to pay the rent. I came back after one month and had to catch up the rent and move back in and now he's not working or contributing anything, so I want him to leave since I am the only one legally responsible for all the rent. How much notice do I have to give him to leave? My landlord said I have to evict him.

My husband wants a divorce, however he says he will take our 3 yr old daughter from be because he feels I do not treat her right (he calls it abuse). He is 62, physically disabled and receives SSI for his mental disability which includes rage issues, depression and suicidal ideology. Does he have a leg to stand on and will the court actually grant him custody instead of me. I am terrified of what might happen if he passes away while with her.

Hello!! at the present time I'm a residente of Phoenix,Az. However, I've a child support case going in Puerto Rico. I'm trying to obtain a reduction in my child support payments since now I have a new baby and my financial situation has been deeply affected, plus others factors that I'm willing to discuss later. From the child support office in PR I was suggested to start my case here. How do I start that process? Who do I contact? What kind of paperwork do I need? Thanks for your time!!
