  • My Mom is an 80-year old senior with legal status, diable, no income, arrived in the US November 2007. She was just recently approved for AHCCCS Federal Emergency Services. I made an appeal to AHCCCS that she be granted a regular full coverage because of her current medical condition. What are the rights of the seniors in Arizona with the same case of my Mom in terms of health care. She has heart disease, severe arthritis, acute glaucoma that needs to be followed-up by specialists. She has been due for medical check up and needs continuous medication for the above illnesses. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
  • My landlord won’t delay my move out date. I was set to move April 30th but I need to a few more days due to the virus. What can I do since I’ve been denied?

  • What can I do about the Guardian & Conservator, my sister, of the family trust who sued me to prevent my visiting my mother? She falsely accused me of being a threat to my mother. I have spent all of my savings, sold my car, sold personal possessions like furniture, jewelry and tightened my belt as much as possible to stay afloat. Jackie (the sister, guardian & conservator already mentioned) lies to the court continuously about, for example the assets in the trust and slandering and libeling me. In effect, I am paying for her to sue me.
  • Purchased 2 timeshares in late 90's, which worked well for family at the time and both are paid off in full and current with fees. Life changes, health changes, it no longer works. Have researched to find possible resolution to cancel/terminate contract and have found nothing but SCAMS! Granted, it wasn't the brightest idea to purchase but let's claim it a "lesson learned".   • I got a equity loan for 30,000 on may 2007. On march 2009 got laid off my home was in foreclosure status. I became disabaled and filed in 2010. During which time my account was given to a lawfirm for collection. Well in 2011 I received my disability and soon after received a new agreement on my home from chase bank to refinance which we did. After this the lawfirm kept at me about owing on this account and they garnished my wifes checks and now shes not able to work their taking us to court come to find out this is my mortgage acct. and me and chase agreed on a new contract back in 2011.
  • I belong to a Property Owner's Association. The manager and the original Developer states we do not follow ARS Title 33 because the Association is a non-profit corp. and does not own property. We are all mandated members that must pay dues to maintain the roads that are dedicated to public use. We have bylaws, CC&R's. Is this true? The developer is getting properties back thru foreclosures and says he does not owe dues and is using his 10-1 votes from the foreclosures. Our CC&Rs say that if the first mortgagee gets property back they are not liable for past dues, but from acquisition. Help?

  • After a lengthy custody battle, where the mother changed her mind about custody many times, my fiance won sole physical custody and joint legal decision making. The mother was only granted every other weekend due to abuse, neglect and drug convictions. The children and dad lived with dad's mother, where once he got a job he left the kids in the care of their paternal grandmother, who then allowed the mother to move in. The mother has since turned the oldest child against his dad, but my fiance wants his son to move in with me so that he can see him. What can be done? Should we call the cops?
