QUESTIONS

  • I am not on the lease but i have lived in my house for 2.5 years. I am behind on the a portion of my rent for march. My roommates have told me I need to be out in 48 hours because in the state of Arizona a sub-renter has no rights and only need 48 hour notice
  • I am 19 years old and I have a 13 year old sister. We have the same mother but different dads. Her dad is an alcoholic and our mom is homeless and uses drugs. I want to gain custody of my sister. My mom will probably fight me on this. How do I go about getting custody of my sister?

Teh question I have is can they hold us responsible for the one month extra rent?
