  • I had a roommate who was on a lease for a home we rented. Roommate never paid rent and was physically and verbally abusive to me and my 14 ye old son. Roommate said she was moving out multiple times but never did when deadline came. Roommate agreed to a lease amendment and move out in 30days but never signed. Instead roommate got an order of protection and had me & my son removed from home. eviction occurred. Paid writ of restitution and geot new lease. While barred from premise roommate stole $20 of property $3k of which was 3rd party’s. Is the 3rd party property theft criminal or civil?
  • My baby mom got a order of protection against me for both her and my son. After my 1 hr supervised visitation she is required to leave the area immediately but she waits around. The director of the program witness and she made a 3rd party affidavit confirming that she waits when she shouldn't. She also says she hears the extremely inappropriate things my son says. She made a police report stating I was following her BUT she should of been 20 minutes away from the area . I got arrested beat the case and now I want legal actions done against her ? What would be my first step What kind of lawyer

  • I no longer live in AZ but a legal office where I live said AZ still has jurisdiction on the case. I share joint legal custody with my sons father. There is approximately 6-7 hours driving time between our current residences and when I move it will be that long of a flight time. Can he prevent me from moving? I gave him verbal notice and followed up with an email of when we plan to leave so he is fully aware of the relocation.
  • My air condition unit went out. I contacted my landlord told him the problem. He called his maintenance/repair guy he fixed the problem 24 hours later. Now the landlord wants me to pay $800 in repairs/labor saying it was my fault due to not changing filters every month.   • in my apartment with no air conditioner. It is very hot and humid in my apartment and it makes me feel as if I want to faint I advised my manager serval times of the situation and all she can say is im calling my boss to see about the ac guy .
