  • I am considering applying to receive child support with NO visitations. My sons father often changes his contact information without informing me. He makes plans to see his son, then disappears for long periods of time. I have never denied visitations, but still he has not seen his son in 25 months and has not provided any financial assistance whatsoever. The list goes on, but in short his father is not emotionally invested and I worry that this will be emotionally and morally damaging to my son. Is this the kind of case where no visitations would be granted?
  • I was court ordered to pay a certain amount of child support ($1000) My income has changed drastically due to job change. I cannot afford to pay the full amount of the court order but have still been making monthly payments every month ($200). My ex now wants me to go to jail for not paying full payment. Is this possible?
  • Me and my ex wife have shared custody of our six year old daughter for the past 5 and half years. My ex wife now wants to move from chandler to queen creek, changing my daughters school to the queen creek area. I stated this was not fair because my drive would increase to 15 extra miles per trip, adding more drive time during my visitation days. Is this a fair assumption on my part? If we go to court what should I expect from a judge's descision?
  • I'm the landlord and I want the people to move I had them evicted 8 months ago and then I felt sorry for them when they asked if they could sleep in their car in driveway with their 2 small children and their dog . I tried to evict them again last month for nonpayment of the utilities and failure to dispose of their huge pile of household trash , unfortunately I gave them a 24 hr notice to clean it up so I did not win the eviction , the verbal agreement was that they were to pay utilities water trash electric . I want them out What forms can I use to remedy this situation ?
  • Can a gas station attendant refuse to give you change?
  • I am currently expecting a baby. The father of my baby left me when I was 7 months, but has stated he wants to be in the baby's life. He is a habitual marijuana smoker, heavy drinker, and the people he surrounds himself with are not the kind of influences I want around my child. He moved in with his mom, who keeps a very dirty house and has been in and out of the hospital with MRSA for the last couple of years. I do not feel like he can provde a safe and stable environment for my daughter. He believes he will get joint custody. What actions do I need to take to ensure this does not happen?
