But has spent mosy of her life in prison and when he was out never helped with any of the financials for her and only saw her 3 times in 5Months. Im moving but would it be easier to get a judges approval for this move or try for sole legal custody?

My son got divorced while in the Army. The child support was based on his Army income and housing allowance. The divorce was in Louisiana. He now lives in Avondale, AZ going to school and working part time. His ex-wife and daughter now live in Fort Irwin, California, with the new husband who is in the Army. My son is having difficulty paying child support since his discharged from the Army and the drastic change of income. His pay is being garnished via Arizona and Louisiana respective government agencies. Can he get the child support modified and if so where would he do it?

I signed a lease renewal in May 2019 that states (One year term), but the end date is incorrect, ending six months (November 30th) from the renewal date. My landlord is telling me that I have to renew again and pay associated fees to do so. Is my original renewal good for one year, or six months based on Arizona State law?

I rent a room in my house with only a verbal contract, contract was month by month and only agreement was to pay rent within the first week of the month and to take care of her dogs. In approximate 5 months rent was never paid on time and dogs destroyed other individual property, owner refused responsibility for damage, I asked her to leave the house with a 3 weeks notice and she refused saying she will be out after Christmas. maybe someone can answer me on this I currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Bullhead city Arizona, a month ago I found out that my apartment is infested with termites, the landlord or apartment manager responded by sending a maintenance worker to look into it and he was not sure what we're dealing with so he reported back to the office and they send a pest control to look into it and he confirmed that it was termites and they need to call a termite specialist and he came and looked at it said it was a mild case so he went back and told the manager what needs to be done and the estimate but all that was over 3 weeks ago and I heard nothing about since then so I called and the lady who works there did not seem to know whats going on with this so she replied "I will let the manager know and have them call you" well another week passed so I drop buy the office and paid rent and I ask the lady again about and she said the exterminator has not got back to them so now I'm not sure what to do, I personally believe they are giving me the run around and do to the history and incompetence and procrastination of the maintenance service provided since we been living there I am highly concern to the point that I should just bail out of my lease and move somewhere else but the problem with that is I cannot afford to when I'm providing for my kids so I am thinking i should seek some legal council on the situation
