We line in a 55+community and each year the palms are trimmed and we have to pay for them, I was told most mobilhome parks don't charge the tenent in AZ for palm trimming, but get charged every year. We pay rent on a space, is it our responsibility to pay for them or should the park owner pay ? The rent goes up each year, and we still have to pay for their palms to be trimmed. Is there a law that the owner should be paying for these? Thank you

I previously had a custody hearing in front of the mediator with my ex husband. My new boyfriend was his friend and we all hung out every weekend. We are getting divorced now and I'm seeing his friend. We decided on 50/50 custody. But he doesn't want his old friend, my current boyfriend, near our 3 year old son cause he had a couple bar fight charges and a drug charge 5 years ago. My new boyfriend was always at are house with us and our son. Now he's harmful? The mediator decided we can't live together until a hearing. So he asked to modify it a week later now, he can't even be in public with him. What do I do?

Four years ago I was arrested for a misdemeanor NSF check charge. I paid the check, no conviction was entered, the case was dismissed. However, the arrest still appears on my record. Is it possible to get this arrest record expunged? I am applying for a federal job that requires a criminal background check and would love to not have this arrest appear on my record.

I wish to sell my mobile home located in a MH Park. The Owner of the park told me I have to sell it to him under the "Right of First Refusal" Law. I do not want to sell it to him, as he will use it as a rental. He is using this ROFR for personal gains. I have a buyer already. Does he have the right to force me to sell it to him under this ROFR? He has this written in current Rules and Regulations for tenants. He has already obtained two MH’s from owners by using this statement, and is now renting them out. Is this legal?
