  • my landlord wants me out but hasnt served no papers what do i do
  • If the house is unhabitable due to rodent activity and poison all over the house, upon move in, can we get refunded and pull out of the agreement. Because we got an inspection the day we got the keys and it's infested. They also told us as we were signing the lease that there are no mice and no termites. Which we found out through a pest company, the house had both.
  • My husband and my daughter (his stepdaughter) were in an argument and my daughter slapped my husband in the face. My husband called the police and now wants to get a restraining order. My daughter was in the wrong by getting physical but I also don't think a restraining order is needed. Where does that leave me. My daughter can never come to our house again.

  • I have resided in the same rental property for over a year. I was told I was renewed for another year. 3 months into the second year the landlord (owner/realtor) told me I have to buy the house or move. He wants twice what it is worth or I have to move. I know this is not legal as a tenant but does this also violate real estate laws? I would very much like to report him to proper authorities but to whom would I report such a thing?
  • can apartment manager send an unknown repair man in my apt if I am not home? It is necessary but not emergency. I did get 48 hrs notice..asked for another date she refused.   • My husband and I rented out a low income apartment. Over thanksgiving weekend we arrived home to a termite tube hanging from the bathroom ceiling! After calling on friday we were told by thr front desk employee that maintenance and a "foreman" would inspect the unit on Monday. We went to check monday morning to ensure this was the case, and (once again) its as if nobody knew about this issue. We were told we would have to wait for decembers monthly pest control services. We recieved a renewal notice due by the 15th. We cant afford a new complex. what are our options..?
  • A friend of mine took a old used ac unit and scrapped it he and another employee noticed it in the trash for about 2 to three weeks afterthis occurred the company was reimbursed full value and he was charged with theft is this doable
