If I'm being charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale, transportation of dangerous drugs for sale, misconduct involving weapons, possession of illegally altered firearm. Being this is my first offense is there any way around a mandatory minimum prison sentence, and into a treatment instead? I don't feel that 5years flat at the very least would do me any good as opposed to a treatment program.

I live in a townhouse with neighbors that are renters and the landlord resides in Rhode Island. I have issues with the tenants and have addressed with the landlord who does not address and has left a strained relations between both of us.
