My brother owns a construction company and hired a homeless man. He told the homeless man he could temporarily stay in a trailer that had no electricity or water, but a roof over his head. This trailer is on my property and the homeless man has since been fired by my brother and I gave him an eviction notice and he has not made any attempt to move out. He built a shed on my property without permission using stolen material from my brothers construction company. How do I get him off my property? There was no written lease only a verbal agreement. I don't know what to do?

I am in a same-sex marriage. I live in Arizona and my wife lives in Guam. Can I file an annulment in Arizona based on the premise that by statute, a “marriage between persons of the same sex is void and prohibited” in Arizona. A.R.S. § 25-101(C)?

I currently have joint custody of my children in which I have them 50% of the time. My ex-wife and I do not agree on which schools our children should attend, and our paperwork states that neither of us can make the final decision. An attorney had told me that if we have tried mediation with conciliation services (which we have tried), then the next step would be to file a motion for school determination. My question is: how do you go about doing that? I do not see forms that seem to pertain to this. Thanks!

My husband and I rented a very small 3 bed room house. Very basic but perfect for us. We’ve had some health issues so our adult grandson has been living with us for about a month. I contacted the owner. He’s raised our rent to 1100 a month. Homes for rent in this area are renting for 800.00 a month. This home was built in the early 70s and is very small under 1000 sq foot. Newer nicer homes are renting for 1100 a month. Much nicer and updated homes. We have never been late on rent and he has raised our rent every year but homes in this older but nice neighborhood are not near worth 1100 ???

this is more from my previous question. so my landlord told me on the phone that she is really kicking me out because I went behind her back and called section 8 they came out and tested to see how hot is was in my house it was 92 so they gave her thirty days to fix it and she did on the last day Iif the thirty days these other things she has on the notice are bogus and I need to find a way to prove it also she sent me a text saying she would rather kick me out and have me lose my housing that to have me there unhappy I still have the text messages

My friend and I was pulled out of the store .possible stolen vehicle.report was called in from border patrol, the Sheriffs department was called in for back and I was arrested for findings from the search. The truck wasn't stolen and our word against them in regards to the giving permission . My question is the responsibility of probable cause by transfer of authority does that diminish when the Border Patrol reported the stolen vehicle does that give probable cause to the sheriff by proxy there should be some case law the states if there was no probable cause by the Border Patrol
