I have taken care of my father for many years and he finally passed away in 2013. He put my name on the house deed in 2011 but kept the mortgage in his and my late mother's names. Now that they are both deceased what do I do about the mortgage that is in his and my mother's name? There was no probate as I took over the mortgage payment and the one bill he still owed on. I simple have no clue what to do about the mortgage because I only have $730.00 per month in Social security disability and know that banks won't lend to anyone with that low an income. What can I do?

Them never mentioning that I had a pro rate for August of 205 till after I signed the contract. Now are charging me the late fees for the pro rate. The contract states everything about late fees but nothing about pro rate.

I was served a special writ for foreclosure due to being behind on HOA dues. How long do I have to try to pay the amount owed? It states my redemption period is 6 months. Is this from data of sale? Or from date I was served? Also, how long do i have before it goes to auction?

I have a ten year maintenance agreement with XXXXX, Inc dated 4/22/2016, for a twice a year maintenance service on my air conditioner / furnace which they installed for my home. I paid $1600.00 for this service. (This comes to $80.00 per service) and I received five services. When the sixth service was due (April 2019) I called for an appointment and their phone is shut off. I called their offices in Tucson, Pheonix and Glendale, all their phones have been shut off and the Tucson office is locked. I can't find anyone and they still owe me $1200.00 and I don't know what to do.
