My court order has required me to pay for medical insurance for my daughter which I have done. My court order also states that each party is responsibe for one half of all uncovered medical expenses. We currently are in a situation where our medical deductible has not been met therefore a total hospital bill is due in the amount of $2200 for my daughter. I was incarcerated in july of this year and was released just recently, during that time my wife and 2 children had moved to kansas I am most likely to file for divorce and will be seeking joint custody. I am planning on having the kids for their summer break and winter breaks.Since she is out of state what is the procedure for this to occur and what must I file,also will she have to come back to Arizona for the proceedings or can she remain in Kansas?

My ex boyfriend lives Within 100 feet of my front door on the same floor. I am not safe living In this apartment complex I do have an active restraining order against my ex boyfriend for physically beating me. We rented a spot in someones yard for my trailer and got kicked out after only 2 weeks and not allowed to go get my trailer or any of my stuff. I found out that they have stolen 2 other trailers the same way... What should we do we have nothing and no where to live now..
