  • I live in a mobile home park where i purchased a trailer for 5000$ after i bought the trailer we noticed we do nit have gas. I discussed this with the landlord and he discovered it was a bad gas line. We have not had gas for months the land lord is not fixing the problem I have no heat hot water or gas to cook with. Am I able to with hold rent? and if i have to leave the property can I be reimbursed for the trailer?
  • I am full time caregiver for my my mother who is 90 and bedridden. We are living on social security with only a few thousand dollars in savings and she has over $15,000 in credit card debt.   • I am a PhD student at a private university. My program was sold to me as a 3.5 year program. I started the program in February of 2015 and had a completion date of July 2018. This is indicated on my student loan document. Through 2016 and 2017 had been working on an approved dissertation. In January of 2018, (6 months prior to finishing) I was informed my dissertation was no longer approved and I would need to start a new one. This extends my program by more than a year.   • When I moved in this house was filthy, there were nails and plastics all through the landscaping rocks and weeds everywhere. We paid landscapers to clean up the weeds, paid for a deep cleaning service and we had to pick up all the nails. Once moved in we've had to replace weather stripping and other minor fixes because the owners refuse to pay. We bought a small dog and paid the pet deposite. The house is maintained and looks better than when we moved in. How do I get my deposite and pet deposite back at the end of our lease? And the back door is broken and hard to get in and out of.

  • I was assaulted twice by another tenant ,once in October 2017 and once in February 2018 after walking my dogs ,on a leash, and tenant's bulldog charged after my small dogs,she threatened and hit me on both occasions and pulled a gun on me in second assault...police say they are still investigating though a video shows she hit me and she admitted to striking me on first assault.Manager has do e nothing to this woman except for a warning and stating to me this woman says she is moving in the future. seeing how the second assault was foreseeable ,past assault, can complex be held liable
