I do not have central air and cant afford to install it. Being without AC in AZ is like not having heat in NYC. Can they really force me to remove my 2 AC units even though it gets to 120 degrees?

I own a mobile home but rent the land it sits on (in a park). Monthly, the landlord sends a bill that includes a base rent, charges for electricity, water use, and sewer. It also includes a "rent tax." I'm unsure what this rent tax is and whethere he should be paying it or I should. There is also a "service charge" of $10 on the monthly electric portion, which I think is a reading fee (a man who lives here reads the meters). Are these last two charges legitimate?

My daughters father is in jail for a non child support related offense. His payments have been little to none for months and the last 3 weeks I have been getting a very small portion of his unemployment. It hasn't been adding up to what he is to pay each month. My question being- if a bond is posted does that automatically get put towards his unpaid child support? And if its not automatically shuffled toward it what are the options I have to make it so, if any?

I am a current mobile home owner in mesa. My husband and I have maintained our trailer to the standards put forth in the lease. We are very disappointed at our park owners for allowing an owner to treat the park as a place of business which is prohibited in the park lease. How or what are our legal means of attempting to see the problems corrected.
