My boyfriend and I have lived together for 7 years now. Recently his health took a turn for the worst. He is still legally married and his wife says she has the right to come into our home and take whatever she wants upon his death. Is this at all possible or is she blowing smoke? He wants a divorce but hasn't been able to accomplish this because of his health.

My husband and I have been married for 19 years. Common Law for 4 years and 14 years Legally Married (State of NM). We have been separated for 3 months, if I decided to divorce my husband my reason is "Adultery". We have a State Marriage Licence and we married in Navajo Nation Court. Do I file with the State of New Mexico or Navajo Nation. We have 2 children therefore child support will be filed. And can I charge my husband and his companion with "Adultery"?

My Landlord has started Eviction proceedings and has become quite vicious about the whole issue. I do not dispute the fact that I am late with the rent. (Serious Medical Issues arose) and have been attempting to make arrangements for the arrears and current amounts due. He is refusing to discuss that option. He is now adding that I am a problem to the other neighbors, in addition huge maintenance list he has told me has cost the landlord undue stress and hardship. I have over 100 pictures available to show the condition upon move in and he refuses to see them as well. Opinions? Regards, KFP

Landlord has given me a 5 day notice to vacate. I want this to be resolved in court as soon as possible. My questions is can the landlord wait more then the 5 days to file with the court? Could he wait to file 2 weeks? Is there a point where the notice is not a valid 5 day notice?

Does a California judgment creditor HAVE to file the judgment in Arizona to garnish my wages here in AZ? The law I found ARS 12-1702 uses the phrase “may be filed in the office of the clerk of any superior court”. It doesn’t say where it says they must. If they must and have not what would be my next step in stopping the garnishment? Thank you

I am renting a home for past year and half with wife, daughter and her 5 year old son. We have all had various levels of sickness, mainly severe coughing. We brought this to the attention of the management company with full details. They sent out a person to "visually" inspect for surface mold, in one room. This person left indicating the issue was from a single cat. We obtained our own air quality company and paid for results ourselves, the results came back with several mold types in home and "Black Mold" was one of them. Management company not responding to addressing problem. Help???
