We are renting our townhouse in another city in Arizona. We signed a 1 year lease with our tenant. The lease currently came up for renewal. Our tenant wanted to go month to month. We were not willing to do so, but said we were willing to shorten the new lease to 6 months. The tenant said (on the phone) that that would work for her. We drafted a renewal page, mailed it to her to sign. we included a prepaid, self addressed envelope. It has been several weeks, we have not received the signed renewal agreement yet We have called several times and she does not answer/return calls What should we do

My ex-husband has made the choice to move 1 hour away from his daugther. We have joint custody however he is telling me I have to meet him halfway for drop off and pickup on his weekends. Is this correct?

Hello, Is there a basic description of what child support is supposed to cover in the state of AZ? My ex is insisting that I pay her more than the child support and alimony that she receives, which is $5,500 per month. She wants me to pay for the kid's cell phones, cars, etc. I have explained to her that I do not agree to these things and these are not part of child support. Any feedback would be useful.

I presently residing in a over 55 complex for the past three yrs. Never had to pay for rental insurance. Now, with the new lease coming, they are asking for payment on an insurance. My question is: Is this insurance a LAW? Do I have to pay a yearly insurance or montly? If there is no law, I do not/cannot afford to pay. As well as other seniors in the complex. We only live on a SS checks. Many do not have enough to their personal needs. I cannot pay for a lawyer either. I just need to know the LAW on the subject so that I know what to do. My ex-girlfriend just had a baby and there is a possibility that I'm the father I would like to know what forms do I need to file thru the courts to get a paternity test?

I have sole legal decision making of my daughter and I was planning on filing for an out of state move. My ex gets out daughter on the weekends and after missing last weekend, she informs my that see will be in Chicago for a month maybe longer for a family tragedy. Now whether or not if that is true does that change the way that I file or will I have to wait for her to come back whenever that maybe.
