  • I just signed another year lease. My company is moving the office to another state, so I'm losing my job. I was told I could get out of my lease. Can I get a letter from my company stating they are moving the office out of state (more that 50 miles) and present it to the landlord, and they will have to let me out of my lease, she said this is Az. law. Is this True?

  • I have not recieved any reciepts of my rental payments. I have to put the money in the landlords bank account. When i asked for a print out of all rent payments that I have, the landlord refused my request. Is there anything I can do to legally have my rent reciept records? i know he can not pull a back statement of his to show my rent payments were deposited, but shouldnt he give me a reciept of payments by law? I have never recieved a reciept after depositing the money and I thought that was kind of fishy. Please help, Its for my records and finances.
  • My daughter's apartment got on firer by the other apartment works done in the same building. Therefore she has moving around from places to places for at least 6 times and still paying the same rent. The landlord cant give her a definite day for her to move back and keep avoiding to talk to her with this issue. It has being more then a month now. What can she do?? Please advise!!
