  • My apartment management has sent my personal information, name, adress, email, unemployment info, and our payment agreemant application to other tenants. Just the other day a neighbor came to my house and showed me all my information that is filled out on a form that there sending to other tenants. what can i legally do, now that my identity has been shared.
  • What are the rules about dogs in Over 55 mobile home parks. I live in a no pet park and now all kinds of dogs are arriving. Do they need vet certificate? Dog barking is unbearable.
  • Someone stole my Social Security card & I even know who it was . They flat out refuse to return it to me ,even after several polite requests to do so . I am having a very hard time finding anyone ,I.E.such as attorney to assist me with this matter.

  • I’m a college student and was renting a room in a 3 bedroom apartment during the semester. My lease ends June 30th, but with COVID, I was out of work and had to move back home. I haven’t been at the apartment since probably the middle of February. I turned my keys in and gave 60 days notice/ lease termination contract. I can’t file for hardship due to unemployment because my parents are guarantors. I understand I might have to finish paying my rent (leasing agreement) but is there anything I can do since I have not been there in over 4 months? I had to move back home (Flagstaff to Mesa)
