I have posted a 5 day notice but do not know which court to go to for eviction. Property is located in Phoenix. Time is crucial because, in addition to nonpayment of rent, property is in very unsafe condition.

My refrigerator has stopped working since Jan 27,2018 (Sat) I have made reports to the agent who is in control of the unit. She has informed me that they will have to buy a new fridge but has not given me any specific time line for when this fridge is to be bought n delivered. I spoke with her on the issue yesterday voicing my concerns and she hang up on me. I have withhold my months rent which was due yesterday, and sent her a 10 days repairs form to which she has not responded. I have been buying daily food items to eat and have lost over $250 currently on items that was refrigerated.

I am getting the run around from my apartment complex about my final move out fees and charges. Every time I speak with them it is a COMPLETELY different story. I am not technically on a lease I haven't signed paperwork there since December 2013. I just moved out in November I just want to know if I am responsible for 30/60 days notice which I've already given but they keep changing their story everyday.

I have a judgement and part of that is for specific performance /forfeiture of my residence back to me after 3 years of no payments. I reside out of state because the bums have taken over the home and I need to gain possession. I was told I need a writ of restitution (whatever that is) and also told I need a lawyer to do this processing with the sheriff dept, and that is why I sought help from AZ law help. 2014 we lease a car for 36 months st $ 229.00 a month gave our our 2004 mint condition as down payment supposedly % 5000.00 we need a larger vehicle we were moving so went to see what they could do.The.dealer paid off the Camry but added it to the truck,our payments now $579.91for 84 months.what the salesman didn't tell us that they wrapped amount of the Camry to the truck payment, so we are paying for 2 cars and they kept the car .We only have one vehicle. Is that legal? What they did? We pay $579.91 monthly,to much.our solely monthly low income is 1773.00 combined.we tried to refinance with other banks but were denied they said we owe more than the vehicle was worth.we are up to our neck with to many bills If we voluntary turned up the vehicle can they go after our only assets,a2bedroom little house? Please help,can't afford lawyer fees bankruptcy is not an option. We always have good credit,we manage with credit cards.

i had recently got behind on rent owner agreef payment plan but when i paid rent in the amount of 1300.00 two days larer i sent email only telling of issues at home he has filed eviction imm 77 and dont know what to do

If I am out of state on FMLA and Landlord knows this and delivers court summons to house I rented 2 days before court and I got a copy 2 days before and I don't show for court but call court can I still fight process . I am in a dilemma.

if I pay for a friend to bring in food and she charges a small fee for preparation -is she considered an employee and do I need to pay taxes?

The home we are renting is set to go to Trustee Auction at the end of this month. The "Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act" expired 12/31/2014. What are my rights as a tenant now that this has expired. Can I be evicted without notice..do I still have to receive ample notice if the new owner wishes to occupy the home?
