What can someone do if a person is holding personal items at theor home? This someone moved in there for a shirt time and moved out and can't get the rest of their things. The person is either hiding them or just won't give them back. What can be done to get them back? Please let me know asap.

I tried to get the order of protection against me on behalf of my daughter quashed and my ex was at the hearing with a lawyer, witnesses, evidence, etc. and I was there with just me and my fiance. Can I file to get another hearing since I didn't know that is what to expect. She filed it and I wasn't there. Why did she get to be there when I was suppose to plea my side?

What rights do i have as a tenant if my land lord and his wife are on bad terms and are putting us the tenants in the middle of their martial issues. Landlord is in jail for fraud and beating up his wife. Wife picks up rent money, and landlord sends people to the house to collect rent money even through we gave it to the wife without knowing the landlord was in jail. We are not trying to be in the middle of it, but who do i give the rent money to, if the landlord wants us to give it to other people? The wife wants the money too, but here's the thing we don't have a signed lease no more.

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I put an appeal for the eviction and paid the post bond and know my landlord has me as I don't live here can they do that and also there not maintain the property they did landscaping on the other apartments but not mine can they do that I live in the Maricopa County Housing.
