My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. We are in the middle of a divorce and the kids live with me, I take care of them, she hardly calls or comes to see them but everytime I don't give her money she threatens to take them and remove them from school while I'm at work? Hello, my parents marriage is negatively evolving..it is evolving drastically. A couple of days ago my stepdad pulled a gun on my mom in front of my younger brother. My younger brother explained this event to me and older sister. He also stated that he had to intervene between my parents. I am very worried for my mother, but I do not know where to start helping legally and fast.

My house was foreclosed on me without my knowledge. On January 4th a lawyers office put a package with my options to continue renting or to relocate. But I never received a letter or option to short sale, apply for HAMP, or notice of the sale. They obviously have my address, but no notice or options. Where can I find a way to get my house back? I found something online about the "right of redemption" and I'm completely upset and confused as to why I wasn't given any option or notification of sale. Please help. Any resources on "right of redemption" or a legal way to get them to stop?

Contacted mgmt, then was told there was nothing available, requested return of 30.00 app fee (denied)told non-refundable. How can they take a app or a fee if nothing is available. When lot came available, because of timing had no choice but to take, but we were told rent was now 295.00 instead of 99.00 even after being approved at special offering but nothing available. Do I have any recourse, and now 7 months later 99.00 special is available. Any Help would be great. thanks for the help
