  • If a house has service for electricity and water on and you use the facilities in the house but sleep in the backyard in a shed have permission from the home owner to sleep in their backyard can the home owner be fined. Is there any laws that say you can't sleep in a yard located in Mesa Az.
  • What if I don't agree to court decision in custody/parenting time self representation/ attourney for other party. can I file an appeal or express my reasons for not agreeing
  • Say a debt collector calls you, and you offer a monthly payment because thats is all you can afford. They say no thats not enough, you have to pay more.Then when you tell them you cannot afford anything more. they threaten to garnish your wages. It has been quite sometime since they have sent me any corospondance in regard to this debt, and so I thought it had been written off due to the facit it is on my credit as a bad debt. What  should I do in this matter?

  • Two weeks ago I had a discussion with my landlord and his wife about being two weeks late on my rent and would need to pay it on the 14th of November. Week3 windows replaced 7/1–7/6, plumbing on hold to find better price (laundry?), & still sharing bathroom. Was given 1 months free rent but asking us to pay full electricity bill. What are her obligations?

  • We are on a month to month lease with 60 notice to vacate. We are actually vacating after 30 days, leaving the house empty (but open to potential new tenants) for the remainder of the terms.
