So my vehicle was towed in a free parking spot in my townhome complex. I know that within our HOA rules my vehicle was parked for a period of time so they had the right to tow it. One issue that we have is that there are not enough parking in our complex at all. It is a complaint all residents have. They have made parking available as if there are only families with one car per unit living in the complex, when there are residents that are renting the a unit and may have up to 4 cars per unit. I was wondering if there is a law that mandates a certain amount of parking for a complex?

I am 27. I owe about 18,00 in child support right now. Ive been able to make payments here and there but only $50 at a time. I have an arrears hearing coming up on sept. 3rd. This will be the first hearing. Just in the last few days I was able to gain employment for a department store. Im going to have them garnish my wages or I will be making the appropriate payment. I have honestly just had trouble finding work. Do I need to be concerned about going to jail at this hearing? and can I request a modification of support at this hearing?

I owe $35,000.00 on a 2000 motorhome I can't make payments anymore as I don't have the means. I tried to surrender it, but was told to try to sell it myself, I have a buyer, willing to pay $20,000 for it.But I need the title for it before the buyer gives me the money. the creditor is not willing to send me the title yet. what can I do? this is better for the creditor, because they don't have to come get it themselves.
