  • My ex emailed me what appears to be a protective order against me from over a week ago but I was never served. What do I di?
  • My boyfriend and I bought a house together in December 2018, we’re going through a break up now and I need help figuring out what I need to do regarding the house.
  • I moved into an apartment and signed a one year lease, which is up in October. I signed up for Direct TV and they installed a satellite dish. Other tenants have dishes, as well. The complex changed property mgmt companies in June and they told us we had to discontinue our service and remove the dishes, as they were painting the outside of the buildings. They also told us we could not reinstall the dishes. I haven't had TV service since July 1. Can I legally break my lease without cost to me?
  • Had no option moving in with my parents. I am 51 not 17! My dad continually opens and reseals my mail! I have no proof to back me up. What should I do? It would be a added expense for me to obtain a monthly mailbox at the Post Office. I am unable to sit and wait for the mail to be delivered daily. The letters are definitely resealed with glue!   • I was arrested for disorderly conduct. I was not driving nor charged with a DUI. The police told the to take a breathalyzer or go to the hospital. I was examined and then taken to jail. The hospital is now billing me for $800. Is that bill not the state's responsibility?
  • We belong to a golf club. They offer an annual trail fee which allows us to use our personal golf cart. We paid this annual fee in June. We have decided to move out of state and requested that the unused portion of the annual fee be returned. The club manager says they do not refund any part of this fee. Is this allowable under Arizona law?
