I have used the last name of my mothers second husband for my whole life. I was unaware that I was not officially adopted or entitled to use the name until recently with the new ID law coming into effect. Can I change my name legally now. If I do so will my wife have change her name. even though we were married several years ago? every thing I own is in the last name of my step dad does that matter if I change it now?

I have been living in my apartment for almost a year now. Three months sicnce i moved in i discovered bed bugs. In May 2016 they came to exterminate. I have not seen any bed bugs til recencently. I went to the office in January 2017 and told them they i still have bed bugs in my apt. They are trying to charge me 300 for coming out to exterminate again, are they allowed to do so? What can i do about this situation and who can i talk to?

Original visitation & support orders were given in WA eight years ago. That order included $650 a month in childcare which is no longer needed since the child is 11. The custodial parent lived in CA at the time of order, but filed in WA. The non-custodial parent now resides in AZ. If the non-custodial parent was to modify the support order, what state would that be in …. in AZ? Or is jurisdiction still WA?

I was divorced in 1987. My former spouse has been living with the same person in SC since before the divorce. My former spouse still recieves 30% of my pension. SC is a common law state. Do I have any recourse in proving she is living in a martial state and stopping this benefit?

How can I request permission to move counties? I currently live in Maricopa County, wanting to move to Pinal County with my children and fiancé, but not sure how to receive permission from judge or other parent. Is it possible to be told "No" and we have to stay here forever?

i LIVE IN A SENIOR MOBIL HOME PARK, WE HAVE JUST FOUND OUT IT HAS BEEN SOLD AND THE NEW OWNERS ARE BUILDING AN ASSISTED LIVING HERE. WE NEED TO KNOW OUR RIGHTS, WHAT THEY CAN DO TO US. if a cop pulls me over and i didnt stop because i didnt know why i was getting pulled over and got out and ran.and then got caught and they searched my car and ran my info. everything came back clean. at the time i bought the carbut didnt have insurance or registration but the cop let me slide on that. and he just kept asking why i ran. so after the ambulance said i was good the cop also said i was ok to go. i didnt sign any papers or recieve any forms or anything just let me go. 6 mnths later i get a letter saying i need to get my prints. should i have to do this? he let me go?should i?
