While in Colorado she was verbally abusive, she cheated and at one point hit me in front of our son and daughter. I told her I no longer wanted to be with her. She took the kids back to Arizona.I only allowed this because she said she would send them to me in January, yet never did.I have emails to prove hitting&leaving agreement. Also of her saying I cant skype the kids unless I sends money, though I have been biweekly.I want custody but dont have the funds right now. Where can I start?

My ex and I shared a storage unit in AZ for almost 3 years. After we broke up, he now lives in TN and I moved back to TX. I'd like to go to AZ to get a few of my things that are irreplaceable (family photos, records, diplomas, etc.) The storage unit said I no longer have access to the unit since he has removed me as an authorized user. Only he can access it or he hast to be present (he's abusive, i dont want him near me) What are my rights? Can an officer escort me to the unit? Is Public Storage that powerful as to withhold my things? Can i send public storage an affidavit to mail my things?

Had no option moving in with my parents. I am 51 not 17! My dad continually opens and reseals my mail! I have no proof to back me up. What should I do? It would be a added expense for me to obtain a monthly mailbox at the Post Office. I am unable to sit and wait for the mail to be delivered daily. The letters are definitely resealed with glue! Thank You

I have already signed my leasing agreement. On the day of move in i was given a different move in fee without being notified before hand. I was not allowed to move in unless i paid that fee which was not apart of my leasing agreement. Is that a breach of leasing agreement? Should I haven still been able to move in that day?

What are the customary consequences for either parent for not taking court ordered parenting classes? If there is no clairification of consequences on the court order, how would one go about finding out (if it's really based on a case by case situation)?
