Is there a waiting period after the Judge grants the divorce?

I'm renting a room from a lady who it turns out doesn't have even a lease or the right to sub-rent. I've paid my rent, but the landlord has gone into court to evict everyone. I have no monies as it's the 21st of the month and I don't get s/s till the third of the month. Do I have to live in the street?

I was e mail about loan for $8000.00 and all I had to do was send three months payments in advance which I did the day when there wrer to mak a deposit to my account I got call from the tell me that I had to purchase a inserunce for the loan and all I had to do was ppay $750.00 1/2 of the cost so I had it canceled the loan and ask for my money back they told me it would take 14 to30 days befor I could get it io told I needed it back that day they said they would,this has put me in avery bad money problem because of being on ssi diabilty my bill are going to suffer and Imy credit is going to take a big hit I have to pay for a truck payment and rent and insurance I have no othere way to gover them I neeed to get them to return that money by the end of this week, I need help. I was olso scam by company out of Washington involving free gov. grant money that also menschen that they were working with the f.b.i.i lost $150.00in that.

My sister in law recently got her rights severed, is there anyway she could get her 6month old son back? Also the foster mom who recently has my nephew has been getting money from the mother is that even legal also? Wouldn't the foster mom get in trouble for that?

I cannot find a form on Maricopa Superior Court for a Temporary Order of Child Custody for post decree. I only find a pre decree form. Can the pre decree form be used if I am filing a post decree Temporary Order? What are my alternatives?

I am renting a home for past year and half with wife, daughter and her 5 year old son. We have all had various levels of sickness, mainly severe coughing. We brought this to the attention of the management company with full details. They sent out a person to "visually" inspect for surface mold, in one room. This person left indicating the issue was from a single cat. We obtained our own air quality company and paid for results ourselves, the results came back with several mold types in home and "Black Mold" was one of them. Management company not responding to addressing problem. Help???
