my ex filed for a order of protection and was granted it against me for him and my kids the year is now up and i need to know how to get my babies back i tried to file to get the order dropped but could not get to the courthouse to do it now i havent seen my kids in 12 months please help

My husband is filing for a divorce, and wants me to hurry and sign the Waiver of Service. Which I take it to mean that I'm acknowledging that I was served and nothing more. Is this correct? If I sign this acknowledgment will it affect my divorce in any way?

What forms does my husband need to file to get visitation of his daughters, the mother is in AZ and we are in NV. She is threatening to leave the state and not let him know where she is going. My husband has a 8 year old daughter ... and she lives with her mom but she dose not get the care she needs ... we have called cps to investigate the case.. but we have not gotten any more information on the case ... the social worker never picks up our calls or returns our messages.. we dont know what do his daughter wants to come live with us can my husband change her to a school near by with out legal paperwork and not get in trouble with law or where dose he need to go to try and get custody of his daughter we dont have the funds for a lawyer ... will he need a lawyer?

The gas is in my landlord's name because it covers the whole building, and he is supposed to give us a monthly statement so we can pay our share. We have been here since January. It is March, and we have yet to receive a bill. I am afraid that he will wait until it is too much to pay at once. Does he have a time limit to get our monthly bill to us?

my house was raided for identity theft and baby daddy left meth on counter. caps was called and they took my son away. in my police report the conclusion on child dangerment was denied when investigated but cps still has my son. they only know what the police told them at the time of the incident. apparently the higher ups in police denied the allegation. I'm going to prison for years. can I still file guardianship to my mom even tho he is still in cps? we r in process of icpc for him to live with my mom but I want cps out of pic. it feels like something is wrong with this case.

How do I get a warrant served for a deadbeat parent that is in arrears of almost $35,000? He seems to disappear alot.I can't get the sherrifs department to go after him unless there is a warrant.

My ex broke up with me and kick me out the place we shared with our child. I had to move back to my home city which is in a different city then my child, and since our child is still in school I didn't want to move our child out of the school s/he went to. So had to leave my child with the dad. My child has stated that s/he wants to come live with me. So how do I get custody of my child.
