My AC is not working. I have grandchildren living with me. I have notified landlord, but he has not sent anyone to repair. How long do I have to wait for a response from landlord. If he doesn't repair soon, I will have to go to a hotel. I have already purchased 2 fans,(blowing hot air only) We cannot live in this hot house. What are my rights?

I was officially divorced 01/18/2019. I have been currently been reciting summons from debit collectors on credit cards and HOA for properties and credit card that were listed as my X-husbands responsibility on the divorce decree. My X-owes me back child support and I had a order of protection at time this debt was accrued.

I live in San Diego now, but was receiving UI from Arizona. My benefits were cut because I am in a training program that pays a stipend. UI insists that the stipend is income, but no taxes were taken out. I need to file an appeal.
