QUESTIONS

  • I have recently separated from my daughter's mother. We were never married and she is now planning to move to Phoenix without my consent. How do I go about filing for custody, setting visitation and prevent her from moving my daughter out of Tucson.
  • I am currently going through a divorce, where there is no custody established, and am pregnant. I have been put on strict bedrest. I am trying to move to Nevada where I will have more help from my older children's father and be able to be on bedrest like I'm supposed to. Would I be able to file a petition for relocation with a minor, and temporarily move before the 60 days, without getting in trouble for it. And will it effect how they decide custody. Also, I have a PO against the other parent, and there has been domestic violence toward me and the children during our marriage.
  • MY HUSBAND AND I ARE NOT LEGALLY SEPARATED YET BUT I WANT TO DO A QUIT DEED AND GIVE THE HOUSE TO HIM. I CANT AFFORD TO KEEP IT ON MY OWN HOWEVER HE CAN.HOW DO I GO ABOUT DOING THIS
  • The judge granted me 2 hours a week supervised visitation is the other parent allowed to move to another state
  • I live on an apartment complex that has individually owned units but one HOA that covers the entire complex. The pool has been out of use all summer (green and disgusting), despite numerous complaints. Today, I noticed a flyer from the Maricopa County Environmental Health Department that the pool was closed by the county because it is in violation of health codes. Is there some way I can get my rent reduced because of the lack of access to the pool? Considering I chose this location and agreed to the higher cost of living because there was a pool at the complex. Just curious about my rights.
  • If both parents agree to 50/50 custody and neither want to pay or recieve child support what is the law? Will one of the parents have to pay some amount?
  • my dad took out home loan in 2004 died 2007 never told mortage co i just kept paying the payment but fell behind on 2 payments mortage co wants 3000 or foreclose can they do that
  • We have a park model home in a park here in ehrenberg, and we just received an email stating our space fee will increase 45% (300 to 425) beginning August 1st. That is only 11 days notice. In the same email it was stated that the park manager had made a mistake and did not charge this amount beginning January 2016 due to his own error. He states that he will forego the 1050 difference and just implement the new rate going forward. Is there a minimum amount of time they need to notify us of the increase? 30 days or something?
  • Renewing a yearly lease, can the landlord raise the rent by $100 if the apt. (been in 5yrs), has not been upgraded, like the others, has a roach infestation, all in all in bad shape. Can't move bad credit, collecting unemployment. The apt. is worth $400 that I've been paying, now they want $545?? Help!!!!!!
  • I am currently married but we have been living very separate lives since 2011. My spouse has just "married" someone else. I have checked with the courts and there is no marriage certificate filed, however I was informed if they are presenting as a married couple, sent out wedding invitations, etc.. that this still falls under A.R.S. 13-3606(A) Anti-Bigamy Act. I will not be the one to actively pursue divorce as I took sacred vows and getting divorced was not one of them though I will not be difficult if a divorce is presented to me. In the interim what he is doing is wrong so what do I do?
