  • I was charged with a DUI in Pima county. I went before the judge and was told that the case had been dismissed because prosecution was waiting on lab results. The judge told me that the county had 6 months to refile. Is this true?
  • Purchased a mobile home in an all age community Feb 2019. It has 3 wall A/C units (1 in each bedroom and one that sometimes struggles to cool the livingroom/ kitchen area). We were recently told by somebody that by law it has to have central A/C because of how hot it gets here in AZ. Trying to find out if this is true or not. If this is true, is it legal that it was sold without central A/C and who would be responsible for putting one in?

  • My Landlord has been providing poor maintenance that "fixes" the problem. Our a/c has been leaking into the hallway and under the sink where the drain connection is. Because of the poor maintenance and the well-being of my family I pipe snaked the drain and provided proper fittings for the drain a total of 1.5hrs of maintenance. I notified the landlord and asked for a reduction in next months rent for labor and materials, am I within my legal right to do so?

Still waiting to hear back from Re/Max. What are my rights? Can I replace the water heater and deduct it off my rent payment?
