I have several questions that need an answer as soon as possible. I am trying to go back home to New Mexico, my homestate, but under custody issues I can not leave the state with my son. If I leave the state I am considered "kidnapping" and I will be in contempt of court. My entire network is in New Mexico and I would love to take my son with me. What should I do? I desperately need to get out of AZ.

How can I reduce my mortgage payment and/or principal? Is it possible to sue the bank and/or lender in order to eliminate and/or cancel my mortgage for fraud and/or TILA, RESPA violations? Do securitization audits and/or other mortgage audits work to accomplish these goals? What is quiet title and should I file for one? Thank you.

My partner and i are ready to have children, a girl we know came to us with the news she was pregnant and did not know what she was going to do. After a while we mentioned adopting, she was hoping we would. She is 100% about us adopting her baby. Now how do we legally do this...also my partner and i are gay so only one of us will be able to legally adopt but we are just at a total loss of what to do, how to do it, and even if this is possible.

My mortgage is with Bank I am behind on my payments and now they have started foreclosure proceedings. Bank states that in order to reinstate my mortgage I have to go through their foreclosure attorney and pay the unpaid back mortgage of $7298 and various other charges that have been incurred by the attorneys office of an additional $1525. Bank will not allow me to make a direct payment to them for just the past due mortgage amount, they insist that I need to go through their attorney and their fees. Is this my only option? I want to stay in the home. What can I do?

Lived at Board and Care in Dolan Springs. The owner took my monthly check and deposited it in an account without my knowledge and she would not give me any information about what bank this account was in nor the number to the account. When I left her board and care in July she told my hospice RN that she would be closing this account. I have no way to find out if the account existed and if it did has she closed it by now.

We are being evicted, our landlord served us three papers, each of which stated a different reason for eviction, loudness, smoking, non-payment of rent etc. Do her statements have to be consistent with one another? If so, can I use her inconsistency as a defence in court?
