My question is my ex boyfriend and I discussed taking out a title loan on our truck . We are both on the title. We agreed to do it but I’m the one that drove down and filed for the loan. So my name is primary on the Loan contract. After that he decides to leave me he takes our truck and blocks me so I can’t speak to him. He refuses to pay the loan payments. He also has our truck. I don’t think I should have to pay for a truck I no longer drive . They want the truck or their money ? What should I do?

my landlord woulf not except my rent said cuz i was selling drugs. 1 week later he came and said i could stay but i have to pay another 550 plus the rent i told him it was sat. and banks are closed. he told me go tho the atm. i said i cant and on monday when i get home from work at 4 i wouyld bring it. monday morning he comes knocking i told him we agreed at 4. then he goes off saying he needed the money now. banks were not even open yet. i again told him we agreed at four. he started ranting and raving 2 days later i get evction papers.with my room mates name and not mine

a judgement of default in an eviction special detainer case was granted agaianst me in superior court of az. I filed a motion to set aside the judgement so if i lost i could appeal as ofr you cannot appeal a default judgement the judge denied my motion to set aside can i appeal that decision?

My ex and I are not a couple. But we are raising our children together. Can I still get child support from him if he is never there to help raise our kids.

I have lived in my park for 16 years, gone thru at least 4 management changes and decided to sell my mobile home and move. I have only ever signed the original lease, no addendums, have never been provided any new rules or regs, have continuosly asked to have my electric and water bills researched, and have NEVER gotten a response as to why when I lived away from the home for a month my water bill was $92. Now, since I have sold my home, the management company is coming after me for the last month rent and utilities. I requested a copy of he standing lease on my account and they refused.

I've been renting from this lady for about two years and she's been telling me she wants to self. but when she sells that she would put me on a lease. so I would not lose my place to live. an then all the sudden yesterday she brings me a letter of termination. Then told me I need to move out in 2 months. I'm a single father I barely making the bills. an we're in the middle of a pandemic right now? I'm afraid that I may not be able to find a place that I can afford and will accommodate my needs. and does she have to pay a relocation fee to have me move in the middle of a pandemic.

My roommate left a month ago to go back East to visit family. When he left as far as I knew he had every intention of returning. I have not heard from him in 3 weeks now. He is not returning my calls. He left his car in my garage & other personal items. I own the house & he rented a room. How long do I have to wait to get rid of his stuff? My widowed mother disinherited my sister who is my only sibling. Her will states that she has 2 children and my sister and I are named. She states that "I am making no distribution to (sister's name inserted) in this will." I am the executor and I am the sole inheritor of her entire estate. Am I required to notify my sister of our mother's' passing? Am I required to post a notice in the local paper here or, if public notice is required and I post it online? Where? The sister is in Florida. My mother and I live in Arizona.

I am renting to own my manufactured home from my landlord who is in turn paying off loan company. The contract she wrote and we both signed but was never notarized or witnessed states that I will rent the home" as is" meaning she is not responsible for any damages. The septic tank is broken and flooding badly enough that one side of the house has sunken into the ground. The clogging from the septic has caused leaks and clogs in water pipes causing mold in walls and insulation under house ruined. A lic. Plumber informed me that the septic tank got broken when she installed it previous to my renting. It is also illegally placed too close to house. Also, my mother paid my rent in February and when I asked my landlord if she received this money she stated no. I called my mother to confirm she did go there then I called landlord back and told her I knew she was lying about it and she admitted that she had in fact lied about how much rent I actually owe her. What can I do about all of this?
