CPS placed my son temporarily with his fraternal grandmother. I was released on Saturday so i have to wait for mMonday to contact CPS. Is there any reason why my son shouldn't be home with me? I am being evicted from the RV park in which I live for false accusations. They are saying I have large amounts of traffic, loud noises, and having people living in my house that are not living there. None of this is true. My husband drives a taxi and will sometimes come home on his breaks after 10pm. They are saying that this is not permitted but as a resident should he not be allowed to come home for his break? We have no late night visitors and noone but my husband and I live in the home. What can I do to stop this eviction?

I owe a credit union in Michigan $25,000 for Visa and $175,000 for second mortgage. They wrote the balances off 12/30/2010. I continued to make payments on the mortgage thru May-2012. I have not received any communications from the credit union since then. In June 2013 I received a letter from a collection agency that states that I owe $200,000 on the 2nd mortgage and $32,000 on the visa. What are my rights? What am I obligated to pay? Does Arizona have a law that creditors are not allowed to solicit more than what they paid for a debt? Your help would be greatly appreciated. SB

We found mold and water damage in our unit. The landlord put me in a hotel for 8 days and then said i will have to find somewhere else to stay because the issue would take 2 months and the unit would be uninhabitable. She then wants me to just go find somewhere to live for the time it is getting fixed. Isnt she supposed to provide me somewhere to stay while this gets fixed? She wants to return my rent for a prorated amount for the 8 days i was in a hotel. Shouldn't she give me the full rent back if the hotel didn't have a kitchen and was noy equivilent to what i was renting?
