I am breaking my lease with 7 months left on it. I told my landlord a week ago and they have yet to post the property on the rental market. How long do they have to do this? I know I am responsible for rent until they find a new tenant but I also know they need to make an effort to find one.

I have a 3 year old daughter. Her mother im not Married to was convicted of armed robbery & drug charges. Setenced 4 5 years in state prison. Was a violent crime. Question is do I have grounds to sever her Parentall rights? She left my daughter with a lady she did not know and unfit to care for her left her in dirty diaper and no spares while she was out committing the crime. She has been with me for the past 1.5 years. My Daughter has only seen her mom 5 times since Incarceration. My daughter has no recollection of her mother. She knows my wife of 15 years as her mother. Longer story

My parents are getting a divorce and my younger sibing resides with my mother. Myself and other siblings realize that our mother is addicted to prescribed medications. My father does not want to write anything in the papers about my mothers drug dependency, however, my siblings and I agree that my mom should have to attend rehab to keep our sibling in her home. Is there legally anything we can do to demand rehab?

I have supervised visitation with my children until my oldest daughters therapist says I can have unsupervised. Well my children's father has not been taking them to therapy and won't let me talk to them on the phone and refuses to work with me is that legal?

My husband has alheimers & dementia, and although we have lived separately I am concerned that our daughter is taking money from him without him remembering. He just had 3 stints put in his heart, and I am concerned that her financial abuse will deplete our cash reserve so that I cannot afford to take care of his needs. What can I do to get guardianship of him?
