  • Is the landlord obligated to provide pesticide treatment if the tenant reports that he found a few roaches. The pesticide treatment on the lease was left blank. The other items were checked on the lease.

  • We live in a senior residence (my partner is 58) and they have a "chiller" system, in addition, they pay all utilities. I paid a deposit and rent for march and april and the property management company has no record of it and are unable to locate the person who was fired. What can I do?
