  • I rented my motorhome to a friend. Agreement was until June 1st 2017. On several occasions I reminded them they needed to move. After a few weeks I went to remind them again and they moved the motorhone without my permission. Aftet I found where they noved my motothome we both agreed one more week. After week was up I went to tell them tbey needed to move out tbey refused when I retur ed a week later they abanded my motorhome, removed my property that Was in the motorhome and left motorhome filthy. Please help what to I do.
  • I have lived /owed my condo for 13 years and yes, it's a HOA issue. My HOA has had judgements and liens against several units, both owned by past directors. A new board member purchased them at very awesome price, no one else knew they were for sale, no notice. The " Management Company " said that even though the HOA put those liens/judgements in place, it's still up to the previous to pay back the HOA. Now they say they will not accept payment by check by anyone and if you try to pay by rent they will return your check. They want you to pay by portal or they can automatically deduct from your account. Is this legal?
  • In 2017 I was applying for apartments and an eviction came back, I was unable to rent because of this eviction. The eviction is ACTUALLY from 2014 but lists as 2017. Secondly, I served/hand delivered and signed and dated a notice to the front office for vacating the lease due to domestic violence with a copy of my court order. THE DAY AFTER we were SUPOSSEDLY to be in court for eviction. There was a notice posted on the door AFTER I left the residence for domestic violence, and I had NO IDEA of this until 2017. Can this be removed?? And how???
