I live in a mobile home court. Ive lived here for 5 years. I have 2 dogs a cat and a bird. My landlord is now tell all of us in the court we can only have 2 pets. I've had these animals for 5 years. Dogs have a fenced yard never get out of yard. Cat is inside outside. Bird lives in my house. She goes outside only in the summer always supervised. Can make yhey make me get ridof my pets? Iam a 82 year old widow living on my husbands retirement and ss . My house is paid of , but I pay a small common fee . I recently took out a 130000 loan against my house to help my Granddaughter build a new house . She is now going through a divorce and is not paying me for the loan ( always two months late). The bank is threatening forclosure against my home I am living in. I was going to take a loan against my retirement to pay off the loan . The new house is in my Granddaughters name and her ex is living in it . Can I have my name put on the house and have her pay me rent without bad tax implications. I have three children that this house should be on the estate . The bank has been sending preforclosure papers against the house I live in . I am afraid I am going to lose everything . My Grandaughter refuses to sell her house snd pay me back . I dont want to hurt her . I was only trying to help . She has a new baby

Can my landlord tell me I am violating my rental agreement for something that is not on the agreement?

I signed a lease almost a month ago for an apartment that I have not been able to see. I keep emailing to see when one would be available, and they keep telling me that none are available. I've seen a lot of reviews for this complex noting that there is a huge roach infestation. I'm afraid that they are hiding this from me and that's why I haven't been able to be allowed in to see a model. I'm not scheduled to move for another 3 weeks. Can I back out of my lease?

My mother is 85 and being treated by a naturopathic doctor. My sister and I are concerned that the care she is getting is harming her overall health. We have contacted the Naturopathic Physician Medical Board to file a complaint. They are willing to move forward and subpoena her medical records for review. The problem is that they say there is no way to keep this physician from mentioning it to our mother. We feel that our mother puts an abnormal amount of "faith" in this physician and that she has been, for lack of a better word, "brainwashed" into believing that he can do no harm. We want to proceed without fear that he will convince my mother that we are "the bad guys." What do we need to do to proceed without fear that he will discuss this with our mother? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I was let go from the company I work for. I had employee housing that I took a paycut for to supplement me staying in the house. I was not given an eviction notice but was told that I needed to be out by 6 pm the same day. It was 1 pm when I was informed. My final check has been withheld until I move out. And my landlord/employer has told me the locks will be changed the next day. Is this even legal??

My lease is expiring on May 23, 2020. I signed a notice to vacate, but my roommate refuses to sign. My landlord has initiated a month to month lease and is telling me that I am responsible for the rent until both of us sign the order. I cannot control what my roommate does.
