I am personal representive of my mother's estate in Nebraska. My brother who is 44 moved in with my mom 4 years ago and never left. Now she has passed and has several thousand dollars in debt and the house and contents need to sold ASAP and he won't leave, how do I get him out and how long will this take? I got a divorce about 7 years ago and it stated that my ex owes me some money but he has yet to pay in full. He had since moved to NC and gotten remarried. Can I go after them for the money? The decree doesn't state an expiration for the money to be paid but he refuses to make further payments to me. I also learned that he has recently bought a house. Can I put a lien out and file a document with the court to hold him in contempt for not paying me?

i am currently pregnant by a man who is married, who denies that the child is his. he now lives in the state of california. He will not be present at the hospital to sign acknowledgement of paternity. what is the proper steps I need to take to prove he is the father? I have been contacted by a collection agency for a debt owed. The amount owed is $226, they say they will only accept payment in full, or 2 payments of $114.33. My question is this, if I am willing to pay this, but can only make small weekly payments, are they required to accept them? What do I do if they refuse my payments that I am able to make.
