My husband and I have been married 30 years. In the divorce papers he filed I am to receive nothing. I want to fight for spousal maintenance. I only work part time and have for 20 years. I have osteo arthritis in my knees and it is difficult to for me to get around. What are my rights? Also, all the stress he has put me under made me have a minor heart attack a few months ago. What about medical. I know when the divorce is final it ends. I can't get it through my job. It's too expensive. What are my rights?

After foreclosure involving a single family residence the new owner filed an unlawful detainer action against the tenants who had no rental agreement after serving them with a 90 day notice to quit. The tenants refuse to move and have not paid rent.They only had a month to month oral agreement with the former owner. One of the tenants claims that he is on parole and cannot be evicted. Is this a valid defense to the UD action?

My employer has us keep receipts (tickets with the food orders written on them) she is threatening to take $100 for every ticket that gets lost. More than 3 different employees handle these tickets along side the cashier daily. Is this legal for her to take $100 from the cashier if a ticket gets lost?

My husband is having a adultery, can I report him and her to the police? Would they both prosecuted? She is also marriage in China.

My ex-wife took out a protection order against my 17 year old daughter's boyfriend back in March 2011. My daughter did not wish for this but could not stop her mother. Now my daughter is 18 years old and wants to be removed from the protection order. Can she do this in a simple manner? Or does she have to hire a lawyer and go to court?

I have been divorced for 10 years. My 12 year old daughter recently told me her dad was driving drunk and ran off the road with her in the car. She didn't tell me until she returned after their visit. What should I do? He would take it out on her if I confront him, but I need to protect her. This isn't the first time he has driven her after drinking.
