QUESTIONS

  • An attorney filed a patent for me and it has been rejected/ they are being investigated by USPTO for unethical conduct/ malpractice. I lost money plus the patent. They were sketchy at best and tried to avoid me knowing who or where they were. Now they are trying to send me paperwork retroactively to cover their hides. They are located in Scottsdale Arizona. I live in Florida. Can I get my money back? What would be the best way to pursue legal action?

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG THIS WILL TAKE OR THE LEGAL TIME LIMIT FOR THIS? THANKS.
  • if there is a civil/amicable decision for couple to divorce, does the house HAVE to be sold, or if agreed in writing to judge, can it be refinanced only under only party's name?
  • The rental agreement is month to month with a 30 day notice for either party. The renter paid rent Nov 1. On Nov 16, renter said the house was full of old cigarette smoke and couldn't live there so she gave 30 day notice. On Nov 23, she was gone along with all of her possessions leaving the room completely empty but she had paid up until November 30 and did not return the keys. She did not pay for Dec and I have damage deposit. Can I rent the room starting Dec 1 without repercussions from the renter.
