i was putting tires in tire ben at discount tire when the cops pulled up and said i was stealing tires and arrested me for third degree burg. that was two years ago . i had no tires in my truck the dopor to the tire ben was open . put the cop said she saw men putting tires in my truck . do the cops have engouh to convict me on just what the cop said

Good Afternoon, I'm a Senior at NAU and a retired Marine. I have an arrangement set for 9/5/2018, in Surprise AZ. This is a DUI charge that took place 5/2017. I blew a 0.00 but was instructed to give a urine sample. I want to take this case into veterans court in Flagstaff. I want this different venue because I live and go to school here in Flagstaff. How can I go by doing this? Thank you for your time.

I had a yr 2 yr lease in which myself my mom and eldest son resided i was only 1 on. Lease. I moved out last yr at which time landlord said they would draw another lease for my mom and son. And never did.in no ember they were to have sold the property. But changed mind. Again stated tbey would draw up new lease. Qith prior perssion and adjusted rent of 350 to be out by 04//15. We met for final walk through and lanlord refused to return my last months rent from the end of my actual lease. Unsure how to file and under what area. Civil or small claims etc

When my son was born 12 years ago his father and I weren't married and I gave him my last name, this was in San diego. Then his father and i married in Virginia. I didn't change his name on his birth certificate but I did have it changed on his social security card to his father's last name. So since he was 2 he's had his fathers name. we are currently listed as owner's to a mortgage but signed transfer of property- deed papers to an investor of whom we have been making monthly payments to. We have been informed by the mortgage that our payments have not been submitted and that we will soon be in foreclosure. What can we do? This investor promised to assume the mortage as well as the property but really only filed tranfer of property and continues to collect our money, of which has been steady each month.

my brother passed away in az,there was a caregiver whose has kept his car and all his personal property. He was a Veteran and died in a hospice va i believe she was telling him he had to pay to live there so i believe shes was using his money for her own benefit. shes placed her name on the title of his vehicle which he claimed before he passed it would be paid in full and now shes keeping all his things.. our parents are both deceased and there are three remaining siblings.. we want his things and his bank account inwhich she is on because she was supposedly taking care of his bills>>
