3 days ago I signed a year long lease. Now, 3 days after singing, the rent price has dropped substantially due to Covid19. I am also being cut back on hours drastically at work. I am wondering if i have any rights for them to honor the current rent price or if I have any rights due to extreme financial crisis. Since I can’t work, I can’t get paid or pay my rent. My lease has a statement of Force Majeure but it seems that’s only beneficial for the landlord. Any options as to how I legally not be in trouble for missed payments or termination of lease?

I have 4 grandchildren living me for the last 13 to 14 yrs. Their mother has been in and out and currently on probation. I'm done. They have all become as disrespectful as their mother and I have told them, they need to get out of my house. I refuse to work everyday and come home to a pig pen, when I am the only one paying the bills. The 16 year old told me she that her mother said they don't have to go any where. I have to give her a 30 day notice. Is this true? I cant wait 30 days. I can't call the police and have them removed?

I was arrested at a friends mobile home on a misdemeanor warrant. I went without a hassle or drama. The charge was disorderly conduct. I was out in 14 days, went back to the park where coincidentally i do not live, was told there was no problem with me being there. The kicker is that my friends, a couple of about 70 years old are now getting evicted because of it. Im beside myself. It is not right. Id willingly have them ban me from the park if my friends would not get evicted. Is there no hope for them ?

My water heater broke and it took me about 2 hours to even reach my landlord. After having no emergency fire company come out she finally sent someone . It is a Thursday and I do not have any source of hot water and I am being told it won't be fixed until Monday which is 5 days without hot running water. Is this legal in Arizona ?

Can a company automatically extend a contract for an additional year (original term 5 years) without the senior's consent. Note: The language to extend was included in the small print in the original agreement.
